Matt D. in Burbank remodeled his turn of the century home, and chose us to replace his old steel casement windows. The old windows were drafty, and some of them didn't open properly. They were also not energy efficient as they were single pane.
The exterior of the home was in great shape, so we were able to retrofit. But it was a tricky job as the corners had steel posts that connected two windows together.
We were able to replace them all with no damage to the interior or exterior wall. Additionally, we mimicked the existing grid pattern which featured larger, rectangular squares to preserve the look of the home. It turned out really nice!
