Great teamwork
Design Windows & Doors was a pleasure to work with, starting off with Khelin and Leah. The installers came out and installed 23 windows and a front door! The crew was very knowledgeable and paid attention to details. I would highly recommend them to my family and friends, thanks for doing such a great job!

I am very satisfied with the service of Leah and the installation team. Leah called me periodically giving me updates and letting me know the status of my installation. She is very polite and professional. The team was great as well. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job. I could not open my living room patio door with one hand before. I can open it with a finger now! Also, the trim that came with the door is beautiful! It looks so much better than before. I will definitely be recommending Design Widows and Doors to my friends and family.

Had a great experience with Design Windows and Doors. Starting with Khelin in sales and going over everything in detail. He was the only one who brought samples. That was a big selling point. And then on the day of installation I was concerned about a few things and had to call him twice. He responded immediately and minor concerns resolved. Martha the design consultant was awesome. Always keeping us informed and and responding quickly with our concerns and changes in scheduling and with a friendly demeanor. We had to crews com out. Once for the doors and large window and another time for the rest of the 11 windows and 1 slider. Both crews were awesome. Quick work, professional, friendly, and cleaned everything very nicely. Including making the windows look spic and span before leaving. My neighbor used them and highly recommended them and I would highly recommend them. My wife and I almost don’t want to put blinds and curtains back up because they look so good. Really makes the house look much better.
Very Satisfied
I got a few windows along with a sliding door installed and decided to wait a week before I posted a review. I’m so happy with these new windows. I purposely leave room doors open so I can see them every time I pass by. The initial quote meeting was very informative and well explained. I don’t have any more heat blazing into the house, the outside noise has been reduced significantly, and they look great from outside/inside. The installers were professional and did great job with the finishing touches. There is constant follow up on the status of your order. I definitely recommend Design Windows.
Terrific Experience and Product
Replaced all windows and patio door with Milgard windows. We are very, very happy with the results. Brianna with Design Windows & Doors INC could not have been more wonderful. The customer service with this company was exemplary. Brianna followed up on a regular basis and checked it to alert me as things rolled out. The installers were perfect, wore masks, were personable and cleaned up. Once the windows were in she checked again. There was some glue on a few of the windows and she sent out a representative to remove it. All is well, we are happy and the windows are performing better than expected. Recommend windows and especially the company.
Super Happy
We had a custom door designed and installed. It is a GORGEOUS door. We are super happy! Brianna our project manager was in constant communication up to the install date. The installers did a great job and paid extra attention to protecting surrounding areas that would be affected by the install and they kept neat and clean.
Soooo Happy!
We are soooo happy with our new French sliding door with mini-blinds! What a difference it is already making, not only in the look, but it is also much quieter. Jorge was our installer. We live in a manufactured home, so there were a couple of challenges in getting the old door out. He took great care so as to not damage the inside of the frame (inside side of the wall). He also cleaned up after every step so that there was very little dust inside the house!
Terrific
We has a terrific experience with Design Windows starting with our salesman Mike McLean. He helped us pick out the best windows to fit our 1940 home. No pressure (I HATE being pushed)...Brianna our project manager kept us informed during the whole process...The 2 installer were professional, pleasant, fast, and cleaned up when they were done.....I recommend this company....
