We were hired to replace an older aluminum sliding patio door and a frameless corner window in the kitchen. Frameless corner windows are beautiful, but they are single pane. And this home is in the Palm Springs area, where heat is a huge issue. This homeowner wanted to increase the energy efficiency of her home. In order to achieve this, we installed a post at the corner and used Milgard Tuscany Series Windows with SunCoat Max and Argon for heat control. It turned out beautifully!
Marlene T. of Cathedral City had a walk-in closet, but it did not have doors. They had used a curtain rod and curtains as a door, but she really wanted to have a proper set of doors to finish off the room. She chose a two-panel rustic style door, and it looks amazing!
This Riverside door had definitely seen better days. It also had dated rough-sawn trim around the door. The homeower wanted a more modern, elegant door system. We provided and installed a beautiful Masonite door with decorative iron work between the glass. We also removed the old wood trim surrounding the door, and stuccoed the back wall to give the opening a fresh look. Check out the difference!
