Excellent Service
We had 3 large sliding glass doors replaced in our home and I was very happy with the service and installation. While it is still early I'm happy with the quality of the milgard sliding doors as well.

Happy from start to finish. Working with Martha was a pleasure. She kept me updated on timelines and answered all my questions. French door purchase & installation
Brianna was our project manager & kept us informed throughout door purchase & installation. Gabriel & Joe arrived on time, did a superb installation, and let the job site clean. They were both a pleasure to work with & have on our property.
Great service
My sales rep was very upfront and informative. He gave me a few good ideas on changing the way my doors and windows slide and open. After I booked project I was always kept informed of my install date. The installers we very respectful.. informative.. knowledgeable and just very good people. They sell very good products and their pricing is very competitive. I had quotes from many different companies
Great service and great results.
We moved into a condo with a sliding glass door from the early 80's. You could barely open the door more than an inch before you had to pretty much pick it up. Design Windows and Doors gave us an amazing deal, matching a quote from a different company but with a better door. The day of our appointment, they came in, took out the old door, frame and everything and installed the new door in less than 3 hours total! The entire process was simple, they explained everything to us as they went and made sure we were never kept in the dark. The end result is so great we feel like we have a new and much cooler home. I highly recommend this company. Everyone we've talked to or who has visited our home has been extremely nice and helpful. 10/10 would recommend.

Window installation
I had a large custom window and oversized window installed by Danny, Charlie and Eli. These young gentleman did a fine job. Danny appeared to lead the crew with professionalism. Their communication with each other to maintain safety and quality work was evident. I appreciated them thoroughly answering questions I had while they were working. Time will tell how the work holds up, but I have complete confidence in their work. Look forward to our door installs next!
Excellent experience
Working with Design Windows and Doors was such a great experience. The level of professionalism was a welcome change to other experiences we've had with home improvement projects. They are in constant contact with you to keep you informed every step of the way. We also enjoyed the superior product, Phantom Screens. They are top quality and the installer was courteous, efficient and very clean with his work! Highly recommend!

This is the second time using Design Windows Once again, they delivered a spectacular job, going way beyond to ensure a quality install, clean up and even fixing some caulking issues I had on another outside door after they noticed it during the window install. I will use them again when it comes time to replace some French doors I have in the near future. They arrive on time, are friendly, respectful and professional. Do not hesitate to use them.
