J. Ha, from Corona, was remodeling his entire home from the inside to the outside. He knew that one way to change the look of his home was with a series of window replacements and door replacements. This meant having all 24 windows, 3 patio doors, and his front entry door upgraded with new models. He had Milgard Tuscany units replace all of his windows and his patio doors, with each unit including durable vinyl material. Then, he wanted to replace his wood entry door for a fiberglass double entry door from El & El. This replacement door features a walnut color with an oil?rubbed bronze finish and a kordella glass insert, adding an elegant touch to Mr. Ha's entryway. This window and door replacement job was a big task but the end result was fantastic. The new windows and doors made a huge difference on the look of the home. New Front Door
"I was looking for someone to switch out my front door for two months. I wanted to make sure I went with someone reliable, honest, and would do quality work. I’m glad I went with design windows and doors. They had my door installed in one day and it looks beautiful. The quality of the material is A grade. It’s given my house the face lift I wanted. My family has given me so many compliments. The only reason it’s not a five star review from me is the technical issues I’ve been having. The Yale app included with my keyless entry has not been working since install. It was one of the main features I looked forward to when choosing the hardware for the door. However the customer service has been amazing. After setting up the lock and noticing it wasn’t working I called Leon at design windows and doors and he tried to help me trouble shoot the problem over the phone. It didn’t fix the problem, but Leon was able to schedule for replacement hardware to be sent out within a reasonable time. I plan on working with design windows and doors again to replace all the windows in my house. Their customer service is that good."

"We ordered Milgard windows and a patio door on April 10, 2021 from Bill Grube and had nearly everything installed on August 12, 2021. We're very happy with the windows and the patio door! However, Milgard initially forgot to ship our screen door. It finally arrived on August 28, 2021, but we're still waiting for it to be installed. Additionally, during the patio door installation a chunk of stucco was broken off of our building. I called 2 weeks ago and was told that this work would be scheduled. I called 2 days ago and left a message. Still waiting..."

GREAT SERVICE
"Our experience with this company was a good one. I don't remember the guys name who first came to our house to give us a quote. I want to say Mike? He was very upfront and honest with us and took the time to answer our questions. Afterwards once all the papers were signed we got our installation date. Michelle was our project manager and she was great. Very polite and easy to work with. Our installers were also great. They were there on time and done in less than half a day. They made sure before they left that they went over every window with us to make sure they were working properly. Overall it was a good experience. The only tough part was the long delay between the sale and the installation. But I understand that materials are tough to get now. Michelle was very helpful at explaining the delay and keeping us up to date."
