Still Waiting...
We ordered Milgard windows and a patio door on April 10, 2021 from Bill Grube and had nearly everything installed on August 12, 2021. We're very happy with the windows and the patio door! However, Milgard initially forgot to ship our screen door. It finally arrived on August 28, 2021, but we're still waiting for it to be installed. Additionally, during the patio door installation a chunk of stucco was broken off of our building. I called 2 weeks ago and was told that this work would be scheduled. I called 2 days ago and left a message. Still waiting...
