Window Install was GREAT! (8 month project)
My experience was AMAZING, the project took place between Jan. 2021 to Aug. 2021! When we received our quote from Mike McLean, he was very honest and clear with his explanation of the different window options we had and the pricing of the project. He showed examples of past projects, that ranged from retrofits to fixing botched jobs from competitors. After we had chosen our windows and options. we were assigned our project manager, Martha. Goodness gracious, I did not think I'd come across someone as dedicated and hard working as Martha. all through out the project she was constantly on top of everything. She handled all the documents pertaining to HOA and other documentation, save for the documents that required us to fill out. when it came to the windows and the project she would always keep us posted on how things were going no matter if it was letting us know about approval ETAs or just letting us know about information pertaining to the factory and our order. Come June we receive our windows are ready for install and Luis who installed them did a splendid job. He removed the old windows and installed the new ones in less than five hours, all while flying solo! But alas! we were missing screens and the lock on one of the panels wasn't behaving too well. I let her know and before I could say warranty she had already called Milgard about the screens that were missing and had set up for a technician to come out and check our lock. I want take the time to appreciate all your hard work as a team. It started out with the boss Joe who gave me a reasonable estimate.Then came Michelle my project manager which she communicated the whole time with great customer service. Finally the 4 workers that came to my home showed up on scheduled days were always right on time which is a big deal for me l, they came in and got down to business, they were very professional and finished installing 5 sliding doors 8 windows in 2 days both days leaving everything absolutely clean they also took the old sliding doors and windows. I had an amazing experience thank you to all of you that were part of my project. Will definitely refer them.

From Bill the salesman who advised and showed me what I was buying. and Michelle my coordinator was really great to work with.Very happy, friendly and upbeat, she updated me weekly on the status of my windows. Also the installation was done on the date promised. Michelle was wonderful.She even contacted me after the installation to make sure I was happy with everything. The most important part was the Installation crew. I haven't seen a crew more organized and efficient, thorough, and clean than this group of men. In the end I have nine beautiful new windows in my mobile home.The finished look is perfection. I couldn't be more happy. My home is much cooler. No more hot glass. Thanks to all involved in my upgrade.

Impeccable Service
Design Windows & Doors did an exceptional job with replacing our 30-year old windows. We couldn't be happier! From the initial quote (completely stress free and reasonable!) to the excellent customer service and communication from our Project Manager (yes, they really do assign their customers a Project Manager!) and to the installation, the professionalism and workmanship was superior. A cooler, better looking home
Thankfully I was able to have these installed at the beginning of May right before summer really started in SoCal, already I've noticed a huge difference in how cool my house is and how much better it looks from the outside. Originally it was supposed to take 2 days, but they got it done in 1 day! Very kind and professional crew. So good, I've already recommended them to a friend of mine!
BEAUTIFUL KITCHEN WINDOW
I recently had a my kitchen garden window replaced and I must stress how HAPPY I am with my new window. It is beautiful and the installers did a superb job. They were on time, courteous and professional. I thought there would be a lot of dust but they placed a sheet of plastic to minimize dust. When done, they did a great clean-up job. Also, Martha O was a delight. She was always courteous when calling and always returned my calls in a timely manner, She is a valuable asset to Design Windows and Doors, Inc. I had my two homes done by them. The response was very quickly to set up a presentation. The sales reps came out with samples and choices. Working with Martha was a pleasure. She kept me updated on timelines. The crew was fast, courtesy and efficient. I highly recommend this company.
LOVE MY DOORS!
This company is not only very professional they are very nice, calls are returned quickly, installers work nonstop and within Covid guidelines . The French Doors are beautiful and the quality is much more than I expected. A special thanks to Brianna Flores for getting those last minute changes done for us! A great experience working with this company.
