The whole process was great. From Bill the salesman who advised and showed me what I was buying. and Michelle my coordinator was really great to work with.Very happy, friendly and upbeat, she updated me weekly on the status of my windows. Also the installation was done on the date promised. Michelle was wonderful.She even contacted me after the installation to make sure I was happy with everything. The most important part was the Installation crew. I haven't seen a crew more organized and efficient, thorough, and clean than this group of men. In the end I have nine beautiful new windows in my mobile home.The finished look is perfection. I couldn't be more happy. My home is much cooler. No more hot glass. Thanks to all involved in my upgrade.
