Had a great experience with Design Windows and Doors. Starting with Khelin in sales and going over everything in detail. He was the only one who brought samples. That was a big selling point. And then on the day of installation I was concerned about a few things and had to call him twice. He responded immediately and minor concerns resolved. Martha the design consultant was awesome. Always keeping us informed and and responding quickly with our concerns and changes in scheduling and with a friendly demeanor. We had to crews com out. Once for the doors and large window and another time for the rest of the 11 windows and 1 slider. Both crews were awesome. Quick work, professional, friendly, and cleaned everything very nicely. Including making the windows look spic and span before leaving. My neighbor used them and highly recommended them and I would highly recommend them. My wife and I almost don’t want to put blinds and curtains back up because they look so good. Really makes the house look much better.
